Refund policy

At Maxx Miller, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify, returned items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds apply to merchandise only
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes discounted items, promotional purchases, and limited-quantity releases.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If a different size or style is desired, a new order must be placed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Maxx Miller does not provide prepaid return labels.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Maxx Miller is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected return shipments.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, customers must contact info@maxxmiller.com with:
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review or resolution.
Unauthorized or Late Returns
Returns sent without prior authorization, or outside the stated return window, will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Maxx Miller directly to resolve any questions or concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to addressing issues fairly and promptly when given the opportunity.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us, or for reasons that fall outside the terms of this policy, may be considered avoidable. Excessive or unwarranted chargebacks may impact eligibility for future purchases.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
